MS. ALAYNA DERRICKS

Hello Everyone! My name is Alayna Derricks and I will be teaching 4K at Holy Rosary School this year. I am so beyond excited to become a part of the family and help the students navigate through life. I graduated from UWGB in May with my Bachelors in Business Administration, with plans to take over the family business. I quickly realized that teaching was my true passion, so I am working towards becoming certified in grades 4K-9th.

I grew up in Denmark, WI, which is about 25 miles south of Kewaunee. I spend my free time helping out at both of my family businesses. This entails Circle Tap, a restaurant with a softball diamond attached to it, and Wander Springs Golf Course. Obviously, this has made me into a huge softball and golf enthusiast. I realized very early on that when you are working with family and friends, it no longer feels like work. This makes me so excited to start my journey at Holy Rosary School, where the community is most definitely a family!
